Six Places to Find Hidden Revenue in Your Business

Easter egg hunts reward the people who look closely.
Business works the same way.
Most founders are so busy chasing new that they miss what's already in front of them.
Some places to look:
Pricing gaps - You're probably undercharging premium customers, rush orders, or custom work. Urgency and customization have value. Charge for it.
Bundling opportunities - If products are frequently bought together and you're not bundling them, you're leaving an easy win on the table.
Repeat revenue- Past customers who would buy again if you asked. Subscriptions. Refills. Reorders.
Dormant demand- Old leads. Abandoned carts. “Circle back later” conversations. There is revenue sitting in your CRM right now.
Partnerships- Someone else already has your customer. You just haven't partnered with them yet.
Underused assets- Your data. Your content. Your expertise. These can all be packaged into new offers without starting from scratch.
Your next revenue stream probably isn't a new idea.
It's something you already have, just not fully understood.
The question is: are you looking closely enough?
