I help scaling ecommerce and product CEOs, as well as CEOs of tech businesses that serve the product space, get their time back by making the business run smoothly behind the scenes. You're juggling strategy, hiring, operations, and twelve Slack channels, quietly asking "How did this become my life?" You want clarity, structure, and a right hand you can trust to run the show. That's literally my job.

I built and scaled a consumer product brand across three countries, led operations for a Silicon Valley tech company, and have been writing code for 26 years. My PhD research was built on data and AI, and so was my product company. Most operators bring either the strategic or the technical lens. I bring both. I understand software that lives in the cloud and products that live in warehouses. I turn operational chaos into clarity so CEOs can grow without burning out themselves, their teams, or their calendars.

What makes me genuinely different is a two-pronged approach: deep operational experience as a founder who has actually built a product business, combined with a data science and AI depth most COOs simply don't have.

 

Beyond work, I've lived in nine cities across four countries, blending Eastern and Western values and perspectives. This global journey shaped how I lead: with empathy, adaptability, and a genuine appreciation for people from all walks of life. I'm ambitious by nature, always chasing the next mountain. Though I appear extroverted, I'm actually an introvert who recharges through reading, reflection, and meaningful connection. Outside of work you'll find me travelling, reading, playing board games, and organizing get-togethers for loved ones scattered across time zones.

Some of my favorite moments are hearing a client tell me they finally took a real vacation, made it to their child's school event, or spent an evening with their family without checking Slack or answering emails. That's the magic of good operations. It's not just efficiency. It's giving people their lives back.
