Two hours flew by in what felt like two minutes.

Last week, I stood in front of 25 brilliant founders for Immigrant Entrepreneur Canada, diving deep into the realities of product distribution.

Dhana Kannan, Fractional COO, Business Advisor and Speaker, standing in front of a presentation screen displaying 'Selling to Smaller Stores and Pitching Larger Retailers' from the Product Founders Series.

We covered the exact steps it takes to get products onto shelves, including:

- The raw reality of building and scaling my previous brand, The Radiant Rhino

- How to build a sell sheet, the one document every retailer will ask for, that makes a buyer stop and look

- Navigating trade shows

- The strategy for selling to local, independent stores

- How to pitch massive, nationwide retailers

- The hidden work required to actually market your product once you get inside those larger stores

It was an absolute blast.

There is nothing quite like the energy of a room full of founders who are hungry to scale, ready to learn, and putting in the work to build their dreams.
