Stop Firefighting: Why Founders Need Operational Support
Founders start a company to build something meaningful.
Then wake up one day juggling inventory issues, hiring, customer service, and twelve Slack channels, wondering:
"How did this become my life?"
When operations swallow your calendar, you stop being the visionary and start being the firefighter.
My job is to take that operational layer off their shoulders so they can get back to being the CEO their business actually needs. I help founders build businesses that don't rely on them for every decision, so they can focus on vision, strategy, and growth instead of getting buried in operations.
What makes me different?
The Warehouse: I’ve built and scaled my own consumer product company across three countries. I understand the gritty realities of manufacturing, global logistics, and cash flow among other things because I’ve lived them.
The Cloud: I never stopped being a programmer. My PhD research was built on data and AI, allowing me to bring serious technical depth to every problem.
It’s a rare combination. I understand both software that lives in the cloud and products that live in warehouses.
I primarily work with product companies and tech companies in the product space.
Ultimately, my work is about giving CEOs the space to do what only they can do: build the business they set out to create.
